Tasting notes:The blend of the grape Xinomavro with the cosmopolitan Syrah creates a delicious wine with a unique aromatic character. It has a bright purple color and in the nose the attractive bouquet is characterized by red fruits harmoniously balanced with nuances of sun dried tomatoes and green peppers. On the palate we find aromatic notes of cranberries together with some hints of spices. Subtle with intense fruity aromas, 'elevated' acidity and wonderful balance as well as long aftertaste.

Food pairing - Serving temperature: An everyday wine that stands out. Serve it with roast meat, barbeque, game and mature cheeses. Enjoy it at 16-18°C.
