Vinification - Maturation:
Fermentation in French oak barriques where the wine remains to mature for 2-3 months on the lees after the completion of alcoholic fermentation.
Enjoy it within the first 3 - 4 years of its harvest.
notes:Bright lemony color with grey hues. The "outgoing" aromatic character of Malagousia gets tamed from the light touch of oak. The aromas of citrus fruits combined with floral hints, are balanced pleasantly from the vanilla aromas of the oak. Very well balanced in the mouth with round acidity, aromatic notes of oak and almonds and a long fruity finish.
Food pairing - Serving temperature: Combine it with grilled shrimps, fat fish, risotto, poultry and pasta with white sauces. Best served at 8-10°C.
