From selected vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis private owned vineyard at the foot of Mt. Parnassus in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification: Each variety is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 16 °C.
Enjoy it within the first 3-4 years after harvest.
Tasting notes: Bright, light-golden color with green highlights. The refreshing and pleasing flavor profile is characterized by elegant fragrance intensity, mainly white and green fruits (green apple, pear) which are highlighted by light tropical notes. On the palate it is creamy, round with pronounced acidity which gives freshness and highlights the vibrant, fruity flavors. Long aftertaste.
Food pairing - Serving temperature:
Enjoy it with grilled or fried fish, poultry, pork, green salads, pasta with light sauces and dishes of traditional and also ethnic cuisine. Best served at 8-10°C.
