Origin:From selected private vineyards of the region ‘Pano Ampelia’ (Upper Vineyards) of Domaine Hatzimichalis, part of the private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification:White vinification for each variety separately in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature (16 ° C).
Alcoholic strengh:14% Vol
Tasting notes:Bright lemon color. Delicious aromatic bouquet of green apples and pears joined by some botanical elements in the nose. It has a medium body with a fruity character, balanced acidity and a nice aftertaste.
Food pairing - Serving temperature:Great combination with seafood risotto, dishes with salmon, grilled shrimp, fatty fish and poultry with creamy sauce as well as pasta with white sauce. Best served at 8-10° C.
