Vinification - Maturation:
Each variety is vinified separately with the technique of classic red vinification. Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Ready to enjoy it now or within the next 15 years.
Tasting notes:Deep purple color. Complex, attractive aromas of plums and blackcurrants dominate on an elegant background of vanilla. Aromas of juicy red fruits, marmalade and sweet spices like cloves, dominate in the mouth. Harmonious and balanced with lively tannins and long fruity finish.
Food pairing – Serving temperature:
The classic choice of Domaine Hatzimichalis. Try it with a variety of appetizers, red meet, grilled or cooked, pasta with red sauce, burgers and charcuterie. Best served at 16-18 °C.
